I have practised ashtanga for about 16 years, I find the sequence moves, stretches and builds strength in my body allowing my mind to quieten and my nervous system to calm. I feel the energy from this and want to share all ive learned with others. I coach and lead at work as well as in my personal life. Love being out in nature, helping people feel empowered to try new skills and have fun.
