Pilates
This mat-based exercise class accommodates individuals of all skill levels. Pilates serves as an excellent supplementary workout that enhances your conditioning for various sports, such as running, while also promoting a sense of strength and fitness in your daily activities. We aspire for you to leave the class feeling uplifted, empowered, and inspired.

Barre
Barre offers a distinctive workout experience that integrates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. The session is divided equally between standing at the barre and performing exercises on the mat. Participants can expect to feel the intensity throughout each class as we engage in low-impact, high-energy movements set to music. This class is ideal for toning and defining muscles while enjoying a fun atmosphere.

Postnatal
Our postnatal Pilates classes are specifically tailored to assist you in regaining fitness, strength, and flexibility after pregnancy and childbirth, while also providing an opportunity to connect with other mothers. These classes are suitable for participants from 6 weeks postnatal, provided you have received medical clearance from your GP to resume exercise. We emphasise the safe rebuilding of your core and pelvic floor, helping to restore your confidence in physical activity. The class is designed for both you and your baby to participate together.
