Start your morning with an outdoor 45-minute Pilates session designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Following the class, you’ll transition into a rejuvenating contrast therapy experience, enjoying a refreshing cold dip and restorative time in the sauna: the perfect way to unwind, recover, and reset.
Water and fresh fruit will be provided.
