Refusjonspolicy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session:
- Full refund
- or the option to transfer to another session at any advertised venue (any difference in venue pricing will be refunded or charged as applicable)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
- No refund, but you have the option to transfer the ticket to another session at any other advertised venue(any difference in venue pricing will be refunded or charged as applicable)
If Clearwave has to cancel a session (for example due to illness or an emergency), customers will be offered either:
- A full refund,
- Or the chance to transfer to another available session at any advertised venue with no additional cost
