Core & Floor Pilates offers supportive Pilates classes for women, specialising in postnatal recovery, pelvic floor health and rebuilding strength through movement. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where mums can reconnect with their bodies, build confidence and feel supported through every stage of their journey 🤍
Classes are available through both block bookings and flexible PAYG options, with baby-friendly and no-baby classes available.
