PAY AS YOU GO
Cancellation within 24 hours prior the session start time or no shows will not be entitled at a refund.
Sessions cancelled with more the 24 hours notice a refund may be issued. A booking fee of 1.5% + 20p will be automatically deducted to cover the fees of the original booking. Please note this can upto 5 business days
Refunds will not be automatically issued upon cancellation please contact us on our Facebook, Instagram or email us at cuddlecubssensory@gmail.com if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
TERM BOOKINGS
A full refund (minus £3 booking fee) may be given on cancellation of whole term if more than 72 hours notice prior to first session.
A 50% refund will be applicable after this time up to 12 hours prior to your first session. (Minus any sessions that have already been completed pro-data rates apply)
Ticket transfer may be available subject to availability.
Refunds are at the managers discretion once a booking is completed.
