Cancellation within 48 hours prior the session start time or no shows will not be entitled at a refund.
Sessions cancelled with more the 24 hours notice a refund may be issued. A booking fee of 5% plus 20p will be automatically deducted to cover the fees of the original booking. Please note this can upto 10 business days

Refunds will not be automatically issued upon cancellation please contact us on our Facebook, Instagram or email us at cuddlecubssensory@gmail.com if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

TERM BOOKINGS
A full refund (minus £3 booking fee) may be given on cancellation of whole term if more than 72 hours notice prior to first session.

A 50% refund will be applicable after this time up to 48 hours prior to your first session. (Minus any sessions that have already been completed pro-data rates apply) this is to cover session stock and staffing which has been planned in advance.

Ticket transfer may be available subject to availability.

Refunds are at the managers discretion once a booking is completed.
