Booking & Refund Policy
We want every family to feel confident when booking with us. Please take a moment to read this short policy, we've kept it as simple as possible.
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that plans sometimes change. Our refund schedule is based on how much notice you give us before the camp start date:
60 or more days before: full refund or full credit
30–59 days before: 50% refund or full credit
14–29 days before: 25% refund or full credit
Less than 14 days before: no refund & no credit
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future camp session.
Transferring Your Booking
Can't make it but know someone who can? You're welcome to transfer your booking to another child at no cost, as long as you let us know at least 7 days before the camp starts. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Medical or Family Emergencies
We know that some things are simply beyond your control. If your child is unable to attend due to a medical issue or serious family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases:
• We will offer a full credit toward a future camp session.
• A doctor's note or other supporting evidence may be required.
• Each situation will be considered individually and with care.
If We Cancel or Make Changes
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a camp session (for example, due to severe weather or circumstances outside our control):
• You will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, priority rebooking on the next available date.
• We will contact you as quickly as possible to let you know.
• We are not able to cover any associated costs such as travel or accommodation.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel your booking or request a refund, please contact us directly by email info@dancethatstage.co.uk. Include your child's name, the camp session booked, and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
