The voucher can be purchased as a gift, or for yourself and will be redeemable until the expiry date displayed on this booking page / your booking confirmation & are valid in our Peckham & Farringdon studios.

This voucher can be used towards any of our available courses or drop-in sessions & is valid for 18 months from date of purchase. For use towards drop-in sessions, you must be part of a current 8, 10, or 12 week course. For further drop-in information & T&C's for these please visit: www.thekilnrooms.com/drop-in

How to redeem:
Once a voucher has been purchased, you will receive an automated email as receipt and another E-voucher email (which can be forwarded on if the voucher is for someone else), with further instructions on how to redeem. Both emails will include your unique booking reference code. We can also manually send an E-voucher if you'd prefer something you can print to gift, please email info@thekilnrooms.com

If the current availability doesn't suit, please email info@thekilnrooms.com & you'll get priority booking on upcoming course availability.

Refunds:
From date of purchase, there is a 14 day grace period where a full refund (minus £5 administration fee) will be offered, should you change your mind. After 14 days, the voucher will become non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

Refunds once booked onto a course: 20 days or more before the start date of a course or session, we can provide a full refund (minus a £5 booking fee). Between 20 and 10 days prior to the start of a course or session we will refund 50% of the total fees paid (minus a £5 booking fee). We provide NO refunds 9 days before the start date of the course or session. Once the course begins there are no refunds.

Non Attendance:
In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to classes, it is not possible to provide alternative studio time, or for a class to be rescheduled. Classes are at fixed times to cover the cost of tuition. We run at full capacity so it is not possible to swap classes or use the studio outside of the allotted class times.
