Monday
We will have 2 Class for different grades @ Given-Wilson Centre
1st lesson Beginners to yellow belt // 2nd lesson Green belt and above and adult beginners

Wednesday
We will have one lesson for all grades @ Robert Clack Leisure Center

Friday
We will have one lesson for all grades @ Robert Clack Leisure Center

Saturday
We now have 2 lesson of 1 hour each lesson
1st lesson is for Beginners to Yellow Belts and the 2nd lesson is for Green belt and above, adults are welcome to take part also @ Newham Leisure center from 10:00 am
