Welcome to [embodi]

[embodi] is a space to learn the language of the body, build safety within our own skin, and find creative pathways to express the wisdom in our bones.

A holistic approach to wellbeing includes minding our mind and our bodies too. The embodied approach offers a pathway to integrating the experience of the body as well as the mind, to help us make sense of our experience more fully.

[ Y O G A ] offers a pathway "of the self, through the self, to the self", using body and mind to achieve union with one's own true nature. Befriending our internal experience allows us to build a sanctuary of safety within.

[ A R T T H E R A P Y ] is a creative form of psychotherapy that moves beyond the limitations of language. Creative expression allows us to give tangible form to our thoughts and feelings, allowing our experience to become embodied.

Shelly is an IACAT-registered Art Therapist and 600hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Shelly is committed to creating safe and supportive spaces that allow others to explore their inner world and connection to Self.
