STUDIO CLASSES

Welcome to Embody.

Our small-group classes are designed to provide strong coaching, clear progression, and accountability without intimidation or excess. Every session is led by experienced coaches who see you, support you, and challenge you to progress.

Our programming is grounded in science and backed by decades of experience across Pilates, strength training, performance, rehabilitation, and lifelong physical activity. We take a deliberate approach, helping you build strength with confidence, move well in daily life, and develop resilience that supports long-term health.

We create accessible, inclusive training that meets you where you are and moves you forward. Every session is structured. Every progression is intentional. We build for longevity

This is not about chasing intensity or keeping up with the room. It is about building capacity for life.

Current classes include: Carved: High Performance Pilates, Mixed Equipment Pilates, Mat Pilates, Cardio Bootcamp, Red Light Yoga Fusion, and Pi-Yo.
