Refund Policy
At Hot Pilates with Em, we strive to be as fair and flexible as possible while also respecting the limited spaces available in each class.
Single Class Bookings
All class bookings are non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, you will receive a class credit to use towards a future booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Memberships
Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date. Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any scheduled payments due within this time will still be collected.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused classes, missed sessions or any remaining portion of the membership period.
Class Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will be offered either a full refund or a class credit for the cancelled session.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
