Refusjonspolicy

FIERCE FITNESS ONLINE — BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking a class or session, you agree to the following policies.

GROUP CLASSES & DROP-INS (12-hour cancellation window)

Cancel at least 12 hours before your class and your credit returns to your account automatically — no questions asked.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows forfeit the class credit. No exceptions, no cash refunds.

If you are on a waitlist, the same 12-hour policy applies once you are moved into the class. If you cannot make it, please remove yourself before the window closes.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS (24-hour notice required)

Privates require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Under 24 hours, the session is forfeited in full.

Only one reschedule per booking. A second reschedule is treated as a new booking.

CLASS PACKS & PACKAGES (All sales final)

All class packs and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Credits expire 90 days from purchase for smaller packs (1–5 classes) and 6 months for larger packs. Expiration dates are firm. Extensions are not offered except in documented medical circumstances (doctor's note required).

PARTIES (50% non-refundable deposit)

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: 50% deposit forfeited, remaining balance not charged.

Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows: full balance is due.

IF FIERCE FITNESS CANCELS

If a class or session is canceled by Fierce Fitness, you will receive a full credit with no expiration date. You will be notified as soon as possible by email or text.
