Refusjonspolicy

At Free Bird Yoga, we aim to create a positive and stress-free experience for all our students. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

  1. Single Class Bookings
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another class.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued due to limited class spaces.

  1. 5- and 10-Class Passes
  • Class passes are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Unused classes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond this period.

If you need to cancel a class booked with a pass:

  • More than 24 hours before the class: The class credit will be restored to your pass.

  • Less than 24 hours before the class: The class credit will be deducted from your pass.

  1. Monthly Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew for the next billing cycle.

  • If you are unable to attend classes for an extended period due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, injury), please contact us to discuss options for pausing your subscription.

  1. Workshops or Special Events
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: You will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued unless we can fill your spot.

  1. Missed Classes
  • If you miss a class without prior notice, the class fee will not be refunded or credited.
  1. Changes or Cancellations by Free Bird Yoga
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
