Thank you for buying a CLIP show, class or pass. Please read the following carefully

CLASSES
Should we cancel an event, we will refund or roll you over at your request. If you cancel, we will roll you on to an off peak class. Please get in touch for options.

SHOWS,GROTTOES AND BINGO
We will transfer or refund tickets with adequate notice. We don't refund tickets within 3 weeks of the event. You are, however, welcome to sell them on, just provide us with the relevant details.

PASSES
If you cancel a pass half way through using it, we will charge you for the classes you've used at the drop-in rate. Any classes you've booked within a 48 hour period of notice of cancellation will also be charged but roll overs to off peak events are available.

CLIP will happily review refund options in the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in an event being moved.
