1️⃣ Seated Cat-Cow Stretch
Sit tall. Inhale, arch your back, lift your chest (Cow). Exhale, round your spine, tuck your chin (Cat). Repeat slowly.
2️⃣ Seated Twist
Sit tall. Place your right hand on your left knee, gently twist left. Hold for a few breaths. Switch sides.
3️⃣ Neck Stretch
Sit tall. Drop your right ear to your right shoulder. Hold & breathe. Switch sides.
4️⃣ Seated Forward Bend
