This is a group class designed to help you get in touch & create a relationship with your emotions & let them move through you.
With the help of movement & music, you will be able to move from a cerebral, ‘thinking’ place to a deep embodied state that allows for understanding, acceptance & release.
It is my belief that the body is infinitely wise & is here to guide us toward better self-awareness & emotional literacy.

Somatic practices are an umbrella term for movement & body based healing modalities that taps into the wisdom of the body & the nervous system in healing traumatic memories & improving stress resilience.
Somatics gives you a map to create a relationship with your body & better understand your psyche.
