Once purchased you can book up to 5 classes using your pass. You have 8 weeks from the date you book your first class using the pass. Any transfers made to your classes will only go up to the 8th week, meaning you have a 3 week buffer to use your pass. Any classes not booking within that timeframe will be lost I'm afraid.
