Refunds will only be allocated if 24hrs notice is given to allow your place to be allocated to another client. Less than 24hrs notice a refund can not be issued. If you have used one of your passes for a class and can no longer attend, 24hrs will need to also be given and your pass will be returned to your account. More than 24hrs notice, the pass can not be refunded.
