Bookings secure your space in a small class, so timings around cancellations are important.
Cancellations & transfers
• Bookings can be transferred if cancelled at least 48 hours before the class - please get in touch to arrange the transfer
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are not transferable
Refunds
• Bookings are non-refundable
Memberships & class passes
• Monthly memberships and class passes are valid for the time period stated at purchase
• Sessions not used within that time cannot be carried over or transferred
• If a class is cancelled by me (for example due to holiday or illness), the validity will be extended or an alternative offered
Exceptional circumstances
I understand that unexpected things do happen. In genuine emergencies, I may be able to transfer a booking at my discretion - please get in touch as soon as you can.
