An evening of gentle movement, rest and connection
Join me for a calm, nourishing Friday evening to slow down and reconnect at the end of the week.
This workshop will be held in a relaxed, circle-style setting, creating space for connection, quiet reflection, and simply being as you are.
We’ll move through gentle, intuitive movement, simple breathwork, and moments of sound and stillness, with an optional element of chanting woven in.
There will be a soft focus on the heart space — both physically and energetically — exploring openness, ease and connection in a way that feels natural and accessible.
The session is gently inspired by practices that support rest, connection and nervous system balance.
The evening will include a guided relaxation (yoga nidra), offering space to fully rest and reset.
This is a space for anyone who resonates with a slower, more intuitive, inward practice. No experience is needed, and everything is always optional — you’re encouraged to move and participate in a way that feels right for you.

Equipment will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Parking is available at the front of the hall and along the road.
