Yoga with Rachel from In The Flow

Yoga classes designed to build strength to support healthy movement, while keeping the body supple and mobile.

These classes are suitable for beginners or those who think they are not bendy enough as well as those who can touch their toes. Join this friendly community in this beautiful village hall in the hills of Holmfirth.

Classes run in course blocks, with a discounted price for booking the full course. Select the "6-week block" to get the discounted price. Alternatively, you can book individual sessions by selecting "drop-in".
