- Park Lane Centre, Thursday 9.30am ~ £8 per class
- Park Lane Centre, Thursday 10.30am Cuppa 10.45 Chair Yoga ~ £6 per class
- Coalport Village Hall, Thursday 5.45pm CALLANETICS ~ £9 per class
- Coalport Village Hall, Thursday 7pm ~ £8 per class (or £5 if attending Callanetics first)
