After 30 years in the media industry, I discovered my passion for fitness over 8 years ago. Having now completed numerous half marathons, two Brighton marathons and a London to Brighton bike ride, I love to run and cycle and have learnt how valuable exercise is for my mental health and well being
Reaching 50yrs, I decided I needed to take care of myself; to focus on my strength, mobility and happiness!
I changed careers and am now a qualified L2 fitness instructor, nutrition coach and L3 personal trainer.
I want to share my experience and knowledge so that people can enjoy an active lifestyle at any age.
