Please note:

Classes are not suitable during pregnancy (unless otherwise stated in the description). Only 18+ adults can participate to classes. Kids and Teens Yoga classes are separate.
To attend some of the classes, the participant must be able to transition from standing to mat comfortably.
If you have had an operation in the last 3 months, please call Ross on 07427 402799 before you book - Clearance from the physician will be required before attending or returning to class.

CANCELLATION: 24 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE CLASS IS REQUIRED

MONTHLY CLASS PASSES ARE AVAILABLE: NO CARRY OVER OR REFUNDS.
