Master the art of the monofin!
Our 3-session "Intro" Pass is designed for curious swimmers ready to learn the technical skills of monofin swimming. We focus on balance, body undulation, building confidence in the water and fun underwater manoeuvres (like mermaid breakdance competitions!). Students develop core strength, breath control, and the efficient "dolphin kick" all while playing games, hunting for sunken treasure and taking part in mermaid challenges.
What’s Included:
3 Class Credits: Book any three sessions within the summer term (May-July).
Full Equipment Rental: Includes use of an official Planet Mermaid monofin and mermaid skin for every session.
Skill Progression: We’ll move from basic surface swimming to introducing underwater turns and graceful glides. Students will build skills and confidence week on week.
Small Pod Size: Maximum of 6 students per class for a safe and personalized experience.
Pass Details:
Flexibility: Your 3 class credits are valid for 8 weeks in the summer term.

Equipment: Rental is bundled in, so you don't need to worry about bringing your own gear yet.
Requirements:
Participants must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, able to float on their back and front for 15 seconds and be confident putting their face in the water.
Normal swimwear and goggles required.
Price: £45 (Total value £10 per lesson + £5 rental)
