Statutory rights, refunds and cancellation:
Glow Pass Packs are sold in blocks of 5 or 10 or such other combinations as Natalie Day may introduce from time to time. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses or conversion of remaining credit into other offering is at the discretion of Natalie Day. Class fees are non refundable. Classes and personal training sessions are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Natalie Day may increase class fees at any time. The Proprietor shall give the clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.
Natalie Day operates a 12hr cancellation policy whereby any booked sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the members course. When you are purchasing a class you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
We do not offer any refunds on any pass packs or single sessions sold. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
