I believe that every woman carries an innate wisdom within her body.

​Sometimes life can pull us away from that knowing.  Stress, loss, trauma, motherhood, work and the demands of everyday life often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. 

​My work isn't about fixing you.  It isn't about becoming someone new.  It's about meeting you exactly where you are. 

Through skilled therapeutic touch, reiki, womb centred practices and the medicine of the frame drum, I offer spaces for you to fully return to yourself (one to one and groups).

​Each session is offered with compassion, authenticity, deep presence and respect for your own individual journey.
