Wear comfortable clothes. Trainers on hard floors, bare foot or smooth sole trainers on carpeted floors. Have a bottle of water with you and make sure you have space around you to move freely without hitting any furniture. Your camera must be on the whole time and the instructor must be able to see you, at least from the hips and up.
