OvDa dance is offering a unique workshop with continuously changing types of dance for adults- “ A journey through the world of dance”. It is an ongoing workshop, 60 minutes long, which includes an open level of dancing- suitable for beginners and improvers:

Dance styles covered are: African, Lyrical Jazz, Contemporary, Bob Fosse Jazz, Vernacular Jazz, Russian folk, Bachata, Salsa, Regaetton, Samba, to name a few.

Each week you will improve your fitness, coordination and learn more dance vocabulary of each style in a set dance routine. This way you will improve your memory, confidence and movement progression gradually. No dance experience necessary, just a willingness to learn. Improve your fitness level and health, make new friends and have a giggle!

The goal is to reconnect with each other and our bodies, move through space, rediscover our musicality, challenge ourselves to do something new or what we were not able to do for a while.
