Refusjonspolicy

Online payment for classes and retreats must be received before the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

For classes, workshops and retreats, we only accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the premises.

No refunds. Cancellations must be before a 48-hour window and will be offered credit for a future booking.

If you have a class block booking pass, the pass is for those set dates and is non-refundable and non-transferable if the class is not attended.

Retreat deposits are not refundable. Retreat balances must be paid 2 months before the retreat date to finalise your space.

Please do not ask to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no-shows and late cancellations.

Private one-to-one classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance or the full fee is payable.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You must provide one calendar month's notice before your next payment date for cancellations of memberships.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds are given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received,

Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days before their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.

Any agreed refunds you request back to your payment card will be charged an admin fee of 15% of the refund amount. You have the option of getting an account credit, which won't incur any fees.
