Are you curious about the world of Yin Yoga but unsure where to begin?
Join me for a transformative journey in this Beginner's Yin Yoga Workshop, designed especially for those new (or new-ish) to the practice.
In this immersive 3-hour session, you'll embark on an exploration of Yin Yoga's foundational principles, stretchy postures and the art of stillness.
We'll also cover how to adapt the poses for your needs.
Set in bushland overlooking sparkling Pittwater, this workshop aims to introduce you to the magic of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Level: Beginner, Complete Beginner, Newish To Yoga & Have Done Yoga But Not For Ages!

Instruksjoner
- No need to bring anything - it's all provided.
- Open to all abilities, and levels of flexibility (or lack thereof!). The only caveat is there's around 50 steps down to the studio. There's a handrail almost all the way down (exception is on the flat bit). If you can manage the steps, the rest is a breeze.
- Open to all ages from 18+. I have students well past 80 :)
- Open to all gender identities, including men, women, and non-binary individuals.
- Even if you have done other forms of yoga before (eg Hatha, Dynamic, Flow, Iyengar etc), you will find that Yin Yoga is completely different. This beginners' workshop is a great place to explore this unusual practice.
