Cancellations:
Reformer Classes -I know plans sometimes change, but if you need to cancel please do so 48 hours in advance of the session start time to allow for other clients to take the space. No refunds will be given if it's within 48 hours unless the space is filled. Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hrs in advance.
Standalone classes will receive a refund if it's before the 48 hrs cut off, sessions will be credited to a class pass if this was used for the booking.
NB Classes will run on a trial basis and could be subject to change at short notice.

Mat classes - Block of 6 - Cancellations made 48 hours before the course Start date will receive a full refund, within 48 hours can be transferred to another course. Sessions within the block can be caught up at another class within the same period if space allows.
Mat Class Drop ins - Refunds will be given if cancelled 24 ours in advance. Nothing within 24 hrs.
Private Sessions - 48 hours notice is now required for a refund, 24 hours notice for a time transfer, anything within 24 hours no refund will be given.
