Playgroots Adventure Cafe – Refund Policy
We want your experience at Playgroots Adventure Cafe to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Please see our refund policy for ticket bookings below:
Cancellations by Customers More than 48 hours’ notice: If you need to cancel your booking within 48hrs we do not offer refunds however we will honour a one-time reschedule (subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedules for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows, as spaces are limited and staffing is arranged in advance.
Cancellations by Playgroots Adventure Cafe If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, staff illness), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
Party & Event Bookings Deposit payments for party or private hire bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel a party/event booking more than 7 days in advance, any balance paid (excluding deposit) will be refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule where possible.
