Memberships
We offer the following the types of memberships:
1 Session per Week – this entitles you to book 1 session per week
2 Sessions per Week – this entitles you to book 2 sessions per week
3 Sessions per Week - this entitles you to book 3 sessions per week
You can select any class you wish within that week as long as it is level appropriate. You are not signing up for a specific skill membership.
You can choose from Pole, Pole Dance, Floorwork, Friday Night Flow and Open Training and are able to select different classes each week. Lollipop and Strength & Conditioning are a new addition to the studio and there is a premium for these classes at the moment on top of the membership.
If you wish to attend more than your selected number of sessions per week you will have to purchase additional passes on top, or upgrade your membership.
It is your responsibility to book into sessions and unused sessions will not be carried forward into following weeks. If you are unable to attend the class you want you will have to use the week's booking for another session.
Membership does not include workshops, privates or other sessions not listed above.
Payment
The cost of your membership will depend on the type of membership you have chosen.
During your membership, you must pay your membership fees whether or not you actually make use of the space.
You must pay your monthly membership fee in advance every month. If you owe us payments you will not be allowed to enter or use the space. Once your payments are up to date you will be allowed to attend sessions.
Pausing Membership
You may temporarily freeze your membership for the following reasons only; Pregnancy, Serious illness, Serious injury, Redundancy. We may require you to produce proof.
We will automatically start your membership again, and start taking any payments, on the date you tell us you want your membership to resume.
We will not charge you membership fees while your membership is frozen. You will not be allowed to use any of our services while your membership is frozen.
Cancelling Membership
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of joining and receive a refund. The 14-day cancellation period commences the day of your membership start date which is stated on your agreement. This is called the ‘cooling-off period’.
If you choose to cancel within the cooling-off period, we will charge drop in rates for the classes you have already attended.
If you want to cancel your membership within the cooling-off period, you must send your notice in writing to us.
To cancel your membership after the cooling-off period, you can do this online via the website.
Membership Refusal/Retraction
We operate private members clubs and membership is at the sole discretion of our management.
We do not have to state or provide you with reasons for refusal of membership. We may, at any time, refuse to permit you to become a member, or terminate your membership if you are already a member, if we have reason to believe that your behaviour or conduct does or will, or in our reasonable opinion may, put our employees and or/members and/or guests at risk.
