Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for any camp, workshop, or program.

Refunds

More than 14 days before the program start date
Full refund less any payment processing fees.

7–14 days before the program start date
50% refund or full studio credit toward a future program.

Less than 7 days before the program start date
No refunds will be issued.

Medical Exceptions

Refund requests due to illness, injury, or medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Program Cancellations

Praise Team reserves the right to cancel, combine, reschedule, or modify programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a program is cancelled by Praise Team, participants will receive either:

A full refund, or
A credit toward a future program.

Missed Classes

No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for missed classes, late arrivals, early withdrawals, personal scheduling conflicts, or vacations.

Transfers

Registration transfers to another participant, program, or camp week may be permitted if space is available and approved by administration.

Weather & Emergency Closures

In the event of extreme weather, public health orders, facility closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to reschedule affected programming. Refunds may not be available for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by credit card providers or online payment platforms are non-refundable and may be deducted from approved refunds.

By registering for a Praise Team program, participants acknowledge and agree to this Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
