ROCK's Self-Esteem Program

The Prevention Team at Reach Out Centre for Kids is offering NEW, FREE self-esteem programs for children and youth in grades 3 to 12!

We work on self-esteem, self-compassion, stress tolerance & coping skills, communication & self-advocacy, self-talk & mindfulness, and our relationship to food & eating.

Our programs involve discussions and activities around these topics as well as fun crafts (like shrinky dinks, painting, making slime, etc.) as well as songwriting and making music!
