We are a small sauna and wellness retreat, set on our family smallholding amongst the fields, the trees and the animals. Private heat/cold therapy sessions for up to 4 people available. Affordable community sessions are available for you to join with small groups of up to 4. Please contact us to enquire about floating sound baths, meditation, breathwork and yoga sessions in our conscious room. Practitioner enquiries welcomed.
