With my Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES 2.0) training, I design personalised 8-week 1:1 programmes that focus on:
Pelvic floor and core strength
Safe return-to-exercise after pregnancy or prolapse
Movement pattern correction and functional strength
Breath and coordination retraining
Progressive strength work with kettlebells, sandbags, bands and dumbbells
This isn’t general PT. This includes an internal pelvic floor examination (if required and agreed upon) and is specialist, clinically-informed corrective exercise that keeps your body safe while helping you regain strength, stability and confidence.
