come and relax in the serene holistic hideaway whilst enjoying 30 minutes of reiki! sessions will be 45 minutes in total: In this session we will have time for a little chat before and after the reiki treatment. The holistic hideaway is a place for relaxation, and a place you can feel safe and content. After a small introduction and casual chat, i will let you get comfortable on the bed where i will cover you in a blanket and place chakra stones on you, and talk you down into a deep relaxation. from there, the reiki treatment will begin.we shall close the reiki session by pulling a tarot card.

magnet therapy is a complimentary therapy to help improve the blood flow and energy in the body. It can help with things such as arthritis, muscular pain, low mood and depression and insomnia.
