Your place is reserved specifically for you, so refunds aren't available for cancellations or non-attendance.
If you need to change your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. With at least 48 hours' notice, I may be able to transfer your booking to another available session, subject to availability.
Transfers aren't available for cancellations within 48 hours of the session or for non-attendance.
