Refusjonspolicy
General Policy
All bookings (Play, Special Events, and Birthday Parties) require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, except as specifically noted below.
Play Bookings
- Cancellations: Bookings with 24 hours notice will be re-arranged.
Special Events
- No Refunds: Special Event bookings are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or rescheduling options for Special Events.
Birthday Parties
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit for Birthday Party bookings is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your Birthday Party, please contact us at least one month in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that rescheduling may incur additional fees.
