Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
We understand plans change - if you are unable to attend your booked session please contact us at hello@theseashellgarden.co.uk at least 24 hours before your session and we will do our best to transfer your booking to another available session within the same block, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are unfortunately unable to be transferred.
In the event of cancellation by The Seashell Garden you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
