Walks

Truly Essential Walks can be free to attend or for a voluntary donation to cover my outlay. Please see individual events for more information.
Wellness walks to promote health and selfcare, may include sensory activities and Qi Gong exercises, to improve posture, balance and mindfulness.

Nature connectedness walks tree, bee and wildlife flower identification walks also available, shorter foraging walks may also include a creative session.

Tai Chi Walking a great way to try Tai Chi, your first walk is free if you wish to join other Tai Chi Walking sessions at other local venues all I ask is for a small £3 donation.
