Mull Yoga - Tobermory

Hi I’m Victoria, offering weekly yoga classes in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull.

About me:
I’ve worked in mental health for 10+ years and discovered yoga in 2017 as an effective way of restoring and maintaining health and wellbeing. I took a sabbatical from my profession as a Mental Health Nurse in 2018 and travelled Asia exploring alternative therapies. I completed my yoga teacher training in India and Bali and am qualified to teach Hatha, Yin and Aerial yoga. I have since continued my studies in the UK specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and mother and baby yoga during my journey to motherhood.
I feel passionate in advocating yoga as a holistic approach to wellness. The science of yoga applies itself to all walks of life. When practiced regularly, it becomes a way of life, with multiple physical and mental benefits.

Feel free to get in touch with any questions. I also provide private bookings or 1:1 guided yoga if you would like to deepen your practice or understanding of yoga philosophy as well as guided meditations.

If cost is an issue please do get in touch. Or just simply book without payment. I feel very strongly that yoga should be available to anyone.
