This year the holistic and well-being zone at Wanstead Festival has expanded with over five facilitators offering various sessions to help improve your well-being. From meditation, to laughter yoga and Art of Living – pioneers in breath work and meditation.
Varsha is a wellness trainer and mindfulness and yoga teacher. She teaches wellbeing programs in the workplace, sessions in her local community and events such as Yoga Show, International Yoga Day on top of the Shard and Diwali in Trafalgar Square. Her sessions are fun, interactive and calming.
Please wear suitable clothing for the heat or rain, and bring your own water bottle please stay hydrated throughout the event.
