As part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind, Vision are inviting you to celebrate National Fitness Day!

It is a good idea to check in with your body regularly, even if you feel healthy.
So why not book in for a FREE Health MOT!

A Health MOT is a way of knowing not just how you are now, but looking at ways to reduce the risk of illnesses in the future.
You can expect a blood pressure reading, the opportunity to check your current height and weight, and discuss your current lifestyle habits with a trained healthcare professional.
Once you've had your MOT, your results will be discussed with you. You'll be given advice to help you lower your risk of a stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes or dementia, and maintain or improve your health.
If you are concerned with any of the results or require any further support, information advice or guidance following the MOT, this will be provided to you.
