Wellness Pathways and Therma Reset present: The Elemental Reset – 4 Week Course.
Tuesday evenings, 7.30–9.30pm
Over four weeks, we’ll journey through the elements Fire, Water, Earth, and Air using a unique blend of Cold Water Immersion, Infrared Sauna, Breathwork, and Meditation.
What to expect:
Each 2-hour session begins with breathwork and meditation guided by Kat, designed to ground your body, focus your mind, and ease you gently into the practice.
You’ll then be supported by Tamsin through contrast therapy – moving between the refreshing challenge of cold water immersion and the restorative warmth of the infrared sauna.
This powerful combination of practices can help you:
Reduce stress, anxiety, and inflammation
Boost focus, mood, and resilience
Support better sleep and deep relaxation
Improve circulation, heart health, and muscle recovery
Aid detoxification and strengthen immunity
Enhance metabolism and neurochemical balance
A warm, supportive environment awaits you to reset and refresh after the summer.
Each evening closes with a hot drink, nourishing snack, and relaxed chat, giving space to fully integrate your experience.
No previous experience is required – all are welcome to join this immersive and supportive journey.

Directions to Venue:
From Pipers Lane if coming from the direction of Harpenden turn left off Pipers Lane (opposite Ayres End Lane) up a drive with white metal gates, it is also signposted 'The Skin Clinic'. At the top of the drive carry straight on towards a white door (DO NOT TURN left or right) you will see a white cottage tucked around a corner. Please drive past the house and park near the workshop.
