By booking a Wild & Wonder session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Wild & Wonder sessions are suitable for children aged 0–5 years and are led by a qualified, DBS-checked childcare professional. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accept attendees without prior booking. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
Wild & Wonder will endeavour to run sessions in most weather conditions. However, in the event of cancellation due to safety concerns, parents/carers will be contacted directly. Where possible, an alternative session or credit towards a future booking will be offered. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. A maximum of two adults per booking is permitted. Parents/carers are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times throughout the session.
Please note that any fixed outdoor equipment or facilities at the venue, including playground equipment and the bouncy castle, are not part of the Wild & Wonder session. Use of these facilities before, during or after the session is entirely at your own risk.
Some resources used within sessions may contain small parts or natural materials. Close supervision is required at all times.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities or additional needs at the time of booking so that we can support your child appropriately.
If you or your child are unwell, please do not attend your session. Any requests for refunds or transfers due to illness or other circumstances are at the discretion of Wild & Wonder.
Sessions may occasionally be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in any images, please inform the session lead prior to the session starting.
Wild & Wonder accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings, including items left on site, prams or vehicles in the car park.
You are welcome to remain at the venue after your session, subject to venue availability and policies.
All sessions are non-smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes.
Any personal data collected during the booking process will be stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection legislation. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Please follow all venue guidelines, including fire safety procedures, and adhere to any instructions given by the session lead.
