How to Find The Studio
The best route to get to XY STUDIO is to locate Kintan Japanese BBQ (High Holborn) first, then when you face the restaurant entrance walk down Fulwood Place on your right. Walk down till you see the '14 Fulwood Place' building on your right.

Building Entrance & Class Check-in
We are located in a multi-use building with very limited communal space and our front desk member of staff is often the class videographer too.
The check-in window is 15 minutes after the class start time, and you will be asked for the booking name. Sometimes there's a 2-3 minute delay if a previous class runs a tad over). We kindly ask you to avoid arriving early as our staff will be occupied with filming the prior class, making them unavailable to come up and admit you into the building.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and missed the check in window we are unable to offer a refund or alternative class.

Making Change to a Booking
- Class exchange (rescheduling) is allowed till 7 pm the day before a class, with the option to select another class of the same value or less within 7 days before or after the original class. Exchanges must be completed by the booker using the self-service Bookwhen portal within the time window. https://support.bookwhen.com/en/articles/6471750-booker-transferring-a-ticket
Booking Cancellation & Refund
- Class bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked, except when the class is cancelled by the studio.
- Card Payment Refunds (when applicable) will be processed in up to 10 working days (back to the same payment method).
- Class Pass Credit Refund (when applicable) will be processed in up to 3 working days (back to the same Class Pass).
